Where it comes from
Two coasts, one standard
We buy from licensed boats and processors on both sides of the Pacific, then freeze the catch at the point it is landed. The result is a shorter supply line than most seafood counters can offer, and a product that still tastes of the water it came from.
Our range stays deliberately small so that every line can be checked by the same hands, in the same cold store, in St Leonards, Victoria.

Our standard
Nothing frozen twice, nothing sold short
Cold-water seafood is easy to ruin. Thaw it to look brighter, freeze it again, and you lose the very thing you paid for. We do not do that. Species are frozen once, held below -18 degrees, packed in insulated cartons with dry ice, and dispatched in the order they are received.
If a parcel arrives soft or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund it in full.
